1. Air freight includes customs clearance cost and does not include tax.
* In case of tax, you can entrust the courier to handle the issue and pay the tax to the courier upon receipt of the parcel.
2. Risks with the purchase
* Please check the weight and quantity of products in the parcel before you sign for it; * If the parcel you received is broken, please check it and advise the courier; please refuse to sign if you have any objection, and by signing for it you confirm the parcel is received in good condition and without any objection;
* If you have any problem, please take a photo and submit a ticket from Help Centre as soon as possible;
* If the evidence is sufficient, WIWAA will make reasonable efforts to claim losses for you against the transportation company; (according to compensation terms of Warsaw Convention, the maximum compensation level is USD 100)
* Please note again: by signing for the parcel you confirm the product is received in good condition and without any problem. Please do carefully check the parcel before you signing for it.
3. WIWAA will not assume any liability for problems caused by the seller of Taobao.com (e.g. fraud, color difference, inferior quality, missing items, etc).
4. If the customer finds wrong products delivered by the seller after signing for the parcel and suffers losses, WIWAA will not assume any liability thereof, but we will make reasonable efforts to help negotiating with the seller of Taobao.com and find a solution.
5. If you are quality-demanding or perfectionist, please choose merchants with higher credit standing (such as enterprise B2C mall) or select inspection service (with additional charges), and take into consideration the risks of online shopping and relevant logistic processes.
* Please be aware of the risks with online shopping; WIWAA will not assume any liability if you are not satisfied with the product you received;
* As WIWAA places orders according to customer requirements, the quality risks accompanying the orders will be assumed by the customer;
* WIWAA will not assume any liability for delay in customs inspection caused by holidays and festivals;
• 6. If the shipment status indicates the parcel is signed but you have not received it, please contact the transportation company or WIWAA customer service personnel. We will help you handle the issue.
7. The logistic transportation process of international shopping is complicated and there may be delay. We appreciate your understanding for that.
8. If the product you ordered is easily damaged or is special product, please remind the seller to provide proper package to prevent damage during transportation. We will not assume any liability if the product in the parcel is damaged, but we will make reasonable efforts to claim losses for the buyer.
9. If check, inspection or photo of product is need to avoid problems, please contact the customer service personnel in advance; WIWAA will not assume any liability if the customer claims about unmatched items, missing items or wrong product delivered after receiving the parcel.
10. The arrival days of all transportation methods shall exclude delays caused by holidays, festivals, weather, customs handling, etc, and WIWAA will not assume any liability for delay caused by logistic transportation.
11. The order will not be refunded unless the product is out of stock, and the product sold in the order cannot be returned or replaced; we appreciate your understanding for that.
12. The service charge rate is 5%, i.e. service charge = (product price + Chinese domestic freight + international freight)*5%.
13. If the customer places an order and selects WIWAA to provide transportation service, it is deemed that the customer accepts the terms above.
* Please remember to place an order after careful consideration and understanding our processes; then wait for the parcel to arrive and confirm your receipt at WIWAA member center, the purchase process is complete.
